We've had the pleasure of photographing hundreds of weddings in our glorious state, and we're fallen hard for the venues below. The Barn at Gravity Hill is the perfect venue for a charming rustic wedding. It's seriously just a dream come true. The renovated 1740s barn is just absolutely picture perfect. There’s a gloriously huge window providing tons of natural light, which will make for amazing portraits. The grounds are sprawling with an incredible garden guests can stroll through, and some farm animals for them to visit! They’ve got a brick oven outside for pizza, and fresh basil growing right there! Best of all, they’re a non-profit dedicated to teaching about nature through organic farming and raising animals. Your hard earned money will go toward supporting an incredible cause when you book them for your wedding.

Looking for a historic place to get married? The Lake Valhalla Club is a wonderful lakeside venue perfect for small, intimate weddings and larger ones alike. It's a country club in a beautiful natural setting, so you can strike a perfect balance between a sophistication and rustic. Why did it make our list? Their grounds, inside and out, are SO PERFECT for portraits and their staff is absolutely incredible to both the clients and fellow vendors. Oh, and the food. Oh my god, the food. IT'S A CASTLE!!! It is seriously, a legit castle. Do you want to spend a thousand hours taking beautiful portraits? Because we will spend a thousand hours taking beautiful portraits there. The grounds are huge. The castle is huge. Somehow, the light is beautiful everywhere you turn. Dripping weeping willow trees, ivy covered walls, rooms rich with detail. It's to die for. It's perfect for winter weddings or summer. If you're looking for a historic, unique, and different place to get married, the Skylands Manor should definitely make your list.

Getting married on stage at Asbury Park's Convention Hall is truly a once in a lifetime experience. For a couple that is passionate about music, it's hard to think of a more fitting venue space. Standing where legends have stood while you say your vows and start a new branch on the family tree? Come on. You can't beat that.

The Landmark Loew's Jersey Theatre

The Landmark Loew's Jersey Theatre is a truly incredible place to have a wedding. It originally opened in 1929 and was considered a "movie palace." This is the perfect place for a wedding for movie buffs, a couple who wants a 1920s or Great Gatsby theme wedding, history enthusiasts, or simply a couple who wants a wedding every guest will remember.

It costs less than $6,000 to rent the Landmark Loew's Jersey Theatre for a wedding. The rental fee for your wedding will go directly into the volunteer-run non-profit that manages it. That's good karma right there.

You bring in your own caterer, so this theatre is great for people with all kinds of budgets. It's very much a DIY situation, but that means you have control over how much or how little you spend. With the theatre being as grand and beautiful as it is, it's very possible to be sparse with decorations and flowers and still have an awe-inspiring setting for your day.
