All time slots are in 15 minute intervals giving each player enough time for some fun action shots as well as portraits. We will be giving each player pointers on posing for photos and some freedom to choose their own unique action shots. Parents/guardians are encouraged to request poses if they wish.

Photo permissions

All photos take of your child will be edited and sent to you in a password protected private gallery for you to share with anyone you’d like. Inspire Me Imagery’s photographers and Ocean United reserve the right to use images for future promotional and marketing material unless parents / guardians wish to opt-out of the photo release.

Model Release form

For valuable consideration received, I grant to John Kotlowski ("Photographer") the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs that he/she has taken or may take of me or in which I may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection with any use if he/she so chooses. I release and discharge the Photographer from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Photographer, as well as the person(s) for whom he/she took the photographs. I am a legally competent adult and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this document and fully understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

Por la valiosa contraprestación recibida, otorgo a John Kotlowski ("Fotógrafo") el derecho absoluto e irrevocable y el permiso irrestricto con respecto a cualquier fotografía que él/ella haya tomado o pueda tomar de mí o en la que pueda estar incluido con otros, para usar, reutilizar, publicar y volver a publicar las fotografías en su totalidad o en parte, individualmente o en conexión con otro material, en cualquier medio conocido ahora o en el futuro, incluido Internet, y para cualquier propósito, incluyendo específicamente ilustración, promoción, arte, editorial, publicidad y comercio, sin restricción en cuanto a alteración; y utilizar mi nombre en relación con cualquier uso si así lo decide.
