Sample 10 Hour Wedding Timeline

Ceremony On-Site with First Look

12:30pm - Photographer arrives

1:30pm - Couple gets dressed

2pm - First look, wedding party portraits, couple portraits, formal family photos

5pm - Finish portraits, get hidden away so guests don’t see you

5:30pm - Ceremony

6pm - Cocktail hour

7pm - Reception starts - Entrance and first dances

7:15pm - Toasts

7:30pm - Dinner

9:30pm - Cake cutting

9:45pm - Night portraits

10:30pm - End of photography services

 

Ceremony Off-Site, Traditional

12:30pm - Photographer arrives

1:30pm - Couple gets dressed

2pm - Leave for ceremony

2:30pm - Ceremony

3pm - Formal family portraits at ceremony location

3:30pm - Go to location of choice for portraits

4pm - Wedding party portraits, couple portraits
